What people ask before they join.
Is there a joining fee?
No. Your first payment is taken when you sign up and covers the first month.
Is this the same as insurance?
No. The plan covers routine, preventive care. Insurance covers accidents and illness. Most owners have both.
Can I cancel?
Any time after the first 12 months. If you cancel sooner, we’ll ask you to pay the difference on anything you’ve used.
Can I add a second pet?
Yes. Each pet has its own plan, and every pet after the first gets 5% off the monthly price.
Which flea treatment do we get?
The vet picks the right one for your pet’s size and lifestyle, including tablets for cats who won’t have a spot-on.
When does the cover start?
Straight away. You can book your first health check the same week you join.
